Damaged/Lost Items •
If items are lost or broken, the customer will be charged the replacement value of each lost or damaged item. The customer is the person responsible for the condition and prompt return of the item(s) rented. Items are not to be left outside or left unsecured overnight.
Pick Up/Drop Off •
Items need to be picked up and returned at the agreed times.
Delivery •
The item(s) the customer will be renting will be delivered/picked up at the agreed upon times. Someone will be present to unload the items at the location at the time of delivery. Items will need to packed/folded back up and ready to be loaded at the set pick up time.
Cancelation Policy •
The Contract ends on the day after the event unless the customer cancels before that time. If the customer chooses to cancel, there must be 48 hour notice. If the customer cancels with less than the 48 hours notice, the customer will receive no deposit refund of the rented items.
Licensing •
Rustic Event Rentals LC promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
All customers that rent from Rustic Event Rentals LC will be required to sign a rental agreement outlining all of the above conditions at the time of deposit.
